Reminiscence

Reminiscence items here offer gentle prompts to remember life from decades gone by. You'll find themed memory card sets and activity books focused on particular eras, such as the 1940s to the 1970s, featuring scenes from daily life, fashions, and popular pastimes. There are also colourful laminated posters capturing jobs, leisure activities, and cultural highlights to display in shared spaces.

Whether it's reflecting on women’s roles through the mid-20th century, recalling men’s hobbies and sport, or revisiting childhood games and seaside fun, these materials are thoughtfully created with input from care professionals. They’re valuable companions for relatives or carers wishing to encourage storytelling and connection through familiar images and discussion points printed on the reverse of cards.
